 Feels Like The First Time is an American 7-piece rock band formed in 2017 as a tribute to the music of British/American rock band Foreigner and is based out of Milwaukee, WI. The band is made up of veteran musicians with decades of experience entertaining rock music fans at premier venues, festivals and concert events. The members of Feels Like The First Time, having grown up with the music of Foreigner, are proud to  perform for you, as they pay tribute to the music of Foreigner! 

Donald Fagan (vocals/percussion) - There are many vocalists/artists who struggle to establish their musical identity. There are also others that emerge fully formed, in full command of their craft. Donald Fagan fits firmly in the latter category. A Wisconsin native, Donald played trumpet and guitar. He also sang in choirs in High School and church. He began to take formal vocal lessons in his early 20’s, which he did for several years. He has performed in several bands throughout the 80’s and 90’s. Today, as the front man for F4E, he’s taken his vocal talent and his ability to engage with the audience, to a whole new level. 

Thomas Hunter (guitar/keyboards) - Born in Brooklyn, NY, Tom Hunter acquired his first guitar in 1979. The drums were Tom’s first passion, but ultimately it was the guitar that, as Tom puts it, “chose me, not the other way around”. Tom cites his main influences as Joe Perry, Dickie Betts, Eric Clapton and Albert King. Tom primarily plays Gibson guitars and prefers Fender Amps. When not performing on stage with Foreigner 4 Ever, Tom writes and records his own original music in his home studio in Racine, WI.
